We want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase. Whether your product is not as you imagined it to be, got delivered too late, or you just don't need it anymore, we are happy to refund you or exchange the item.

Please contact us directly within 14 days of delivery. We will make all the necessary arrangements from there. Please be aware that return postage fees will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item undamaged and in its original packaging. Refunds may take up to 5 working days until they appear in your account.
